Goudplevier is a product and analysis practice in Manchester, founded by José Lucas. We do the thinking and the building in the same place, which means what gets made is what was actually meant.
The experience behind it comes from years inside banks, government departments and telecoms companies. You learn what makes work land and what makes it quietly stall, and that is why we can get to real solutions early rather than spending the first month preparing to.
The best work comes from a small group of people who care, each bringing something the others do not have. We keep the client list short so there is room for that.
The monthly plan exists because most product and analysis work is a stream of small, finishable pieces, and most teams need them steadily rather than in one large block. We take a limited number of clients at a time, so at capacity there is a waitlist.
