The service
Goudplevier Ltd ("we") provides business analysis, data and automation work on a monthly subscription. Requests are delivered one at a time, in the order you place them. Small requests are typically returned within two business days; larger work is delivered in parts, weekly.
Billing, pausing and cancelling
The monthly plan is billed monthly in advance on a 31-day cycle. You may pause at any time; unused days are kept and applied when you resume. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid cycle.
Refunds
Within the first seven days of your first subscription you may request a refund of 75% of the fee paid. No refunds are issued after the first seven days, and none for work already delivered.
Ownership
Work delivered to you under an active subscription is yours on payment. Automations are built on your accounts. We may describe the type of work we did for you, without confidential detail, unless you ask us not to.
Confidentiality and data
We treat your material as confidential. We use AI tools to assist drafting under your data rules; tell us if any material must not be processed by a third-party model.
Limits
The subscription does not include on-site programme management, staff augmentation, data platform engineering, 24/7 support or full software builds. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.
