Goudplevier Ltd is the data controller for goudplevier.co.uk. We collect the details you give us when you contact us, book a call, subscribe to the digest or become a client: name, organisation, email and the content of your messages and requests. We use them to reply, to deliver the service and to send the digest if you asked for it. We do not sell personal data.
Client material is stored in your own tools where possible and in our systems where needed to do the work, for the length of the subscription plus twelve months. AI tools may process material to assist drafting, under the data rules you set. You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it: info@goudplevier.co.uk. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.
